BEST TECH 247 TERMS OF SERVICE

 

 

 

 

 

1. ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS OF SERVICE

 

This best-Tech 247 Technical Support Terms of Use ("Terms of Use") provided to you ("Customer") for Best Tech 247 Technical Support Plan (the "Service"), which the customer has purchased. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Customer and Best Tech 247 with respect to the Service.

 

 

 

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

 

The purchase of the service, customer is entitled to receive from the remote or telephone support (for example, by telephone or via the computer with a Best Customer Tech 247 Agent logged on to the client computer) the following services:

  • Software installation
  • Software uninstallation
  • Software evaluation and removal of viruses and malware
  • Some peripheral device installation
  • Operating System Installation
  • Computer tune-up, including operating system updates
  • Password reset

Service is on a per-client basis and is not limited to any number of units owned by the customer. The service fee is a flat fee regardless of the use (i.e., when they purchased the service, there will be no refund of the fee if the customer does not then use the service). The customer needs to buy at one year intervals service. Education and training are not included in the service.
Customer requirements: The service requires a working high-speed Internet on the PC.

 

 

3. PAYMENT

 

Best Tech 247 do not practice automatic renewal of the services. Best Tech 247 will might notify the Customer of the pending subscription renewal before the date on which the subscription is scheduled to renew. The customer don’t have to cancel your subscription before to avoid any billing of subscription fees for the renewal term to his or her credit card as there is no condition for auto renewal or automatic payment charge for any of the services

 

4. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS OF SERVICE AND SERVICE

 

Best Tech 247 may change the terms and conditions of the service from time to time. Any change in the terms of the agreement, 247 Best Tech notify you by posting the changes to the website from which you purchased the Services. Best Tech 247 reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service with or without notice to Customer. Best Tech 247 is not liable for Customer or a third party if Best Tech 247 exercises its right to modify or discontinue the Service. Customer's continued use of the Service constitutes an affirmative agreement with the customer needs and by these Terms and the related changes

 

5. PRIVACY POLICY

6. CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO BACK UP DATA

 

 

Customer agrees that prior to Best Tech 247 maintenance every customer equipment is the responsibility of the Customer

 

(1) back up the data, software, information or other files stored on the client computer disk drives, peripherals, MP3 player, DVD player, camcorder, digital camera and / or other electronic storage device, and

 

(2) remove all videotapes, CDs, floppy disks, laser disks, cassettes, DVDs, film or other media products to the customer. Customer agrees that whether the client requests back-up services from Best Tech 247 and / or its third party service provider, nor Best Tech 247 or its external service provider is liable under any circumstances for any loss, disclosure, alteration or destruction of data , software, information, files, videotapes, CDs, floppy disks, laser disks, cassettes, DVDs, film or other media.

 

 

 

7. LIMITATIONS TO SERVICE

 

Best Tech 247 is not responsible for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond its control. Best Tech 247 reserve the right to order the provision of the Services and instead the payment of all or part of the customer to pay on the ground that the system requirements are not met or the technical needs (back including wiring or overcoming physical or technical barriers) or other conditions of the Customer are unusual or extensive and beyond the scope of this agreement, calculated as the best Tech 247.

 

 

8. INDEMNIFICATION

 

Customer agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Best Tech 247 (and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents) from and against all losses, expenses, obligations, liabilities, damages, actions, suits, causes of action , claims, demands, liens, encumbrances, security interests, settlements, judgments and other expenses (including, but not limited to the cost of fees defense, settlement and reasonable attorneys' fees) of any nature kind, including, but not limited to, damage or destruction of property, injury (including death) to any person or persons who have claims held imposed or suffered by Best Tech 247 due to or arising out of: (a) the Customer's breach of this Agreement, (b) actual or alleged infringement of any patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary or contractual right of another person to the customer, (c) the actual or alleged negligence of the Customer to immediately sums Best Tech pay 247 or third parties; (d) negligence the Customer comply with applicable law or regulation or (e) the act or omission of the Customer (or its officers, directors, employees or agents).             

 

 

9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

 

CUSTOMER EXPRESSLY AGREES THAT USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT CUSTOMER'S OWN RISK. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". BEST TECH 247 DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. BEST TECH 247 MAKES NO WARRANTY, TO THE SERVICES TO MEET CUSTOMERS OR THAT THE SERVICE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE WILL BE EVEN THE BEST TECH 247 ANY WARRANTY AS TO THE RESULTS THAT OUT OF THE USE OF THE SERVICE or AVAILABLE ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICE. CUSTOMER UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT ANY MATERIAL AND /OR DATA OR OTHERWISE OBTAINED THROUGH THE USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT CUSTOMER'S OWN RISK AND THAT THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO THE CLIENT COMPUTER / OR LOSS OF DATA THAT RESULTS FROM THE DOWNLOAD OF SUCH MATERIAL AND / OR DATA. NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, BY THE CUSTOMER THE BEST TECH 247 THROUGH THE SERVICE OR MAKE ANY WARRANTY NOT explicitly HERE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO EVERY CUSTOMER

 

 

 

 

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

 

BEST TECH 247 IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO THE SERVICE, OR THE COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS CAUSED GOODS AND SERVICES OR GOODS OR SERVICES PURCHASED OR OBTAINED OR TANNSACTIONS ENTERED VIA TO USE THE SERVICE OR RESULTING FROM UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA CUSTOMER, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF PROFITS, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE, EVEN THE BEST TECH 247 HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF DAMAGES. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES so some of the above limitations may not apply to every customer. It is the responsibility of the customer to software and data stored on the client computer, a hard drive (s) and / or other backup storage devices Customer may have, and Best Tech 247 is not always responsible for any loss, alteration or destruction of software, data or files. Best Tech 247 is not in any way responsible for damages resulting from a part, peripherals, software or other products delivered to the customer's Best Tech 247 Notwithstanding the language to the contrary, the best Tech 247 maximum liability to Customer arising from or related account Best Tech 247 under this Agreement is limited to the paid by the customer to Best Tech 247 under this Agreement in the three months prior to the date the damage occurred.
